When it arrived, the backing was coming off so bad that it couldn't even be installed. When they called the store they purchased through, they were informed that the carpet was sold "as-is" and that it was stated very clearly on their website. When he went back to check, they had a simple text link next to the image that was easily looked over. They offered no resolution whatsoever. He lost $1300 because of this. Great post!
