I am the CEO and COO for a flooring company and the WUNDA WEVE carpet line is really an expensive line of carpet. First off you have to be a perfered customer to even get a WUNDA WEVE rack. Second the price range is 20 to 65 dollars per square foot.

Joe,
Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I believe it's the first I've heard of someone not being satisfied with these lines of flooring, so thanks for letting us know.
Unfortunately, that's the way most flooring warranties are worded, so that installation has to be by a professional, or it's not worth much. It is usually up to the salesperson to let the consumer know this, and unfortunately, there's a lot of them out there that are just out to make a sale.
As far as the wearing under furniture, I'd suggest using leg protectors underneath. They help spread the impact across a wider surface area, reducing wear and tear on the floor.
Small rugs at the entrances to the room can also help catch dirt and debris from shoes, and help to reduce the amount of scratching that occurs.
If you have any questions for us, please just let us know.
Thanks for reading!

I recently (3 months ago) installed a park avenue makore floor. The floor did look beautiful when I installed it. However, it is NOT holding up well. It doesn't scratch, but it dings VERY easily. Even worse, we pulled out our couch to clean, and found that it had completely worn under one of the legs. It may have been that our 5 year old daughter had jumped on the couch. However, she is not particularly rough on furniture--a pretty typical 5 year old-- and the salesman said that laminate is much tougher than hardwood. To me, the finish seems soft, and I am very upset. The warranty is essentially useless if you installed yourself.
